TERMS OF SERVICE Kid Adventure Files LPY Holdings LLC dba Kid Adventure Files Effective Date: May 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from kidadventurefiles.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.
2. About Us Kid Adventure Files is operated by LPY Holdings LLC dba Kid Adventure Files, a limited liability company. For questions or concerns, contact us at support@kidadventurefiles.com.
3. Products Kid Adventure Files sells physical mystery kit products designed for children ages 8 to 11. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time. Each kit is intended for single-household use. Resale, duplication, or commercial distribution of any kit contents is prohibited.
4. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment processors. We do not store your full payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LPY Holdings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@kidadventurefiles.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@kidadventurefiles.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site and within our products, including text, graphics, images, story content, document designs, and materials, is the property of LPY Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
8. Children's Privacy Our products are designed for children, but our Site and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@kidadventurefiles.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LPY Holdings LLC does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPY Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
